Bluesky Export Studio: Followers, Following & Comments Exporter ("the Extension") is designed to help users export Bluesky followers, following, and post comments into CSV or Excel-compatible files. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and what is not collected.

1. Information We Access

The Extension may access the following information only when required for its core functionality:

• Bluesky page context from bsky.app to determine whether the user is viewing a profile or a post
• Bluesky data requested by the user for export, such as followers, following, and comments
• User-selected extension settings, such as export format, detail mode, request interval, and export history
• License-related information entered by the user, such as email address and license key, for premium license verification through Gumroad

2. How Information Is Used

The accessed information is used only to provide the Extension’s features, including:

• identifying the current Bluesky page for export
• retrieving and formatting export data
• saving user preferences locally
• maintaining export history locally
• verifying premium license access through Gumroad

3. Data Storage

The Extension stores certain data locally in the user’s browser using Chrome storage, including:

• export settings
• license status
• license email
• export history
• locally cached export files for history downloads

This locally stored data is used only to support the Extension’s functionality on the user’s device.

4. Data Sharing

The Extension does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data may be transmitted only to the following services as required for functionality:

• Bluesky public API, to retrieve the data the user chooses to export
• Gumroad, to verify premium license status

5. No Background Tracking

The Extension does not track browsing history, does not monitor websites unrelated to its functionality, and does not collect analytics for advertising purposes.

6. No Remote Database of User Exports

The Extension does not upload exported Bluesky data to our servers. Exported files are generated for the user and downloaded to the user’s device.

7. User Control

Users control when the Extension is used. The Extension acts only when the user opens it and requests an export or license action. Users may also remove the Extension at any time to stop all future access.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to limit access and permissions to what is necessary for the Extension’s core functionality. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If updated, the revised version will reflect a new effective date.
